• Bachelor's Degree
• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a related industry
• Proven track record of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Advanced financial understanding and business management skills
• In-depth market knowledge, including trends related to customers and competitors
• Demonstrated ability to foster commercial excellence and drive strategic transformation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory
