• Present actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.
• Represent the segment in external engagements, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a relevant industry
• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals
• Advanced sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong financial acumen and business management capabilities
• Comprehensive market knowledge, including customer and competitor trends
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation
• 20-50% travel required
• Experience in exterior lamination
