This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and consistently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for markets, products, and industries within the designated region.

• Establish and attain ambitious margin and growth objectives, promoting commercial excellence and enhancing market penetration.

• Serve as a role model in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Evaluate sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify potential risks and seize opportunities.

• Formulate and execute innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.

• Recognize and leverage emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product opportunities.

• Present actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.

• Represent the segment in external engagements, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a relevant industry

• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals

• Advanced sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong financial acumen and business management capabilities

• Comprehensive market knowledge, including customer and competitor trends

• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation

• 20-50% travel required

• Experience in exterior lamination
