Sales Manager – Exterior Vinyl Window Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Formulate, implement, and diligently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for markets, products, and sectors within the region.

• Establish and meet ambitious margin and growth objectives, promoting commercial excellence and market expansion.

• Demonstrate leadership in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Examine sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscapes to foresee risks and seize opportunities.

• Develop and implement innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.

• Recognize and leverage emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product possibilities.

• Convey actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.

• Act as a representative of the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years of sales management experience in a relevant industry

• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin goals

• Expert-level skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation

• Advanced financial understanding and business management proficiency

• Comprehensive market knowledge, including customer and competitor insights

• Established ability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation

• 20-50% Travel

• Experience in exterior lamination
