This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing sales volume within your designated sales territory.

• Develop and position reev as a reputable brand and preferred partner among wholesalers, installers, trade associations, end customers, hardware planners, and engineers.

• Acquire new clients through diverse channels and direct site visits.

• Foster existing customer relationships and cultivate long-term partnerships.

• Manage and follow up on leads generated through inside sales.

• Maintain a strong market presence by engaging in trade shows, events, and training sessions.

• Gather market and customer insights and deliver structured reports to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• You are fluent in the "language of electricians" and grasp their decision-making processes.

• You possess sales experience in electrical wholesale, with manufacturers, or in the technical B2B sector.

• You demonstrate strong closing abilities, assertiveness, and a passion for actively acquiring new customers.

• You excel in building relationships, negotiation, and finalizing deals.

• You approach your work with a high degree of personal responsibility, are results-driven, and hands-on.

• You are prepared to spend approximately 60% of your time in the field (company car provided).

• Proficiency in German and a good command of English for international collaboration enhance your qualifications.
