This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and execution of sales strategies aimed at acquiring new clients.
• Identification and onboarding of new clients in the EPC and IPP sectors, as well as the exploration of new markets, particularly in the UK and Scandinavia.
• Sales and consulting for power control, monitoring, and hybrid energy management solutions.
• Collaborating with customers to develop technical solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with assistance from relevant divisions.
• Organizing and conducting regular on-site customer meetings and roadshows.
• Producing weekly reports and maintaining all pertinent project details, sales activities, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partnering with the Proposal and Product Management teams; nurturing and sustaining internal relationships.
• Representing the company at national and international trade exhibitions and conferences.
• A strong technical inclination and passion for hardware and software solutions.
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant professional experience in the renewable energy sector is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Fluency in both English and German is required, with additional foreign languages considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for relationship-building, complemented by solid sales abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• A high willingness to travel is necessary.
