📋 Description

• Enterprise Revenue Growth: Propel sales growth by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales objectives and performance indicators within the Malaysian market.

• Big-Ticket Acquisitions: Discover, engage, and secure intricate, multi-year enterprise agreements with major fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail brands.

• Consultative Value Selling: Navigate lengthy and complex sales processes by comprehending client supply chain issues, POS/CRM legacy obstacles, and developing customized AI-driven SaaS solutions.

• Stakeholder Management: Establish high-level trust and manage relationships across various corporate boards, ranging from C-level executives to technical operations teams.

• Pipeline Excellence: Ensure a clean, predictable, and precise sales forecast and activities within the corporate CRM platform.

• Regional Market Presence: Utilize existing business connections to deliver immediate value, enhance brand visibility, and expedite market entry.


⛳️ Requirements

• Identity & Location: Malaysian Citizen residing in Kuala Lumpur, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the local Chinese-Malaysian business landscape and corporate networks.

• Experience: A minimum of 8+ years in professional B2B software sales, with at least 5 years dedicated specifically to SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales.

• Product Specialty: A proven history in selling ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel Retail software (No general HRMS/Payroll sales experience accepted).

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with regional and international stakeholders.

• Deal Track Record: Proven ability to close high-value, multi-year, and complex software deployment agreements.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
