This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of quota-bearing Account Executives (AEs)
• Generate outbound sales pipeline while supporting comprehensive enterprise sales processes
• Analyze call and deal performance utilizing Gong.io to enhance results
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor sales activities and forecast performance using Salesforce and HubSpot
• Take ownership of and successfully close strategic enterprise deals
• Play a role in hiring, onboarding, and expanding a top-tier sales team
• Minimum of 6 years in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams to surpass quotas in fast-paced environments
• Experience in managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and ARR exceeding $100K
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and contemporary sales technologies
• Experience in advertising technology, marketing analytics, or data platform sales
• Exceptional communication abilities and strong business insight
• Willingness to work during Eastern Time Zone hours
