• Develop and implement a detailed strategy to drive Unity’s Industry sales growth throughout the EMEA region.
• Lead a team of 4-5 Senior Sales Executives, ensuring successful forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments while fostering relationships with customer executives and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to facilitate revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive interactions.
• Assist the Enterprise sales team in customer meetings to enhance relationships, elevate deal sizes, and optimize value exchange.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, offering market feedback to influence Unity’s product offerings and roadmap, thereby enhancing market presence.
• Navigate intricate deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to achieve successful outcomes for both Unity and our Customers.
• Significant experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales, along with sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating deals exceeding $1M.
• Strong enthusiasm for Sales Leadership, talent nurturing, and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to achieve alignment and results.
• Familiarity with Channels, ISVs, System Integrators, or Service Partners.
