This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement a thorough strategy for driving Unity’s Industry sales growth throughout the EMEA region.
• Oversee a team of 4-5 Senior Sales Executives, ensuring successful forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while fostering relationships with customer executives and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to enhance revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive interactions.
• Assist the Enterprise sales team in customer meetings to strengthen relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, offering market feedback to influence Unity’s product offerings and roadmap, thereby enhancing market presence.
• Navigate intricate deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to secure successful outcomes for both Unity and our customers.
• Extensive experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales and leadership.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating deals over $1M.
• Strong enthusiasm for Sales Leadership, talent development, and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and business units to achieve alignment and results.
• Familiarity with Channels, ISVs, System Integrators, or Service Partners.
