• Propel the sales expansion of Electronic & Controls solutions within designated territories and accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and implement cross-selling opportunities within the existing compressor and system business.
• Provide technical sales assistance during customer interactions, specification development, and solution design.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with OEMs, contractors, wholesalers, and key end-users.
• Conduct product presentations, engage in value-based selling, and facilitate customer training sessions.
• Assist with the introduction of new products and market launches.
• Track market trends and competitor activities concerning electronic controls and digital solutions.
• Work in close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing departments.
• Ensure opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and forecasting are maintained in Salesforce.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales or technical sales within refrigeration, controls, or related sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in refrigeration electronics and control systems.
• Experience in supporting OEM or key account sales teams with technical solutions.
• Proficiency in translating customer needs into system architectures and solutions.
• Solid understanding of food retail and cold chain applications.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical specifications at the engineering level.
• Fluent in both English and French.
