
Sales Manager – Dye Sublimation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee and enhance sales through both existing and new accounts for dye sublimation papers.
• Secure and expand business opportunities for Sappi’s dye sublimation paper grades and associated services.
• Cultivate a positive brand image and position Sappi as the preferred supplier partner.
• Increase market presence and share within designated sales territories.
• Collaborate with the Dye Sublimation sales team to share market information, statistics, concepts, objectives, and planned activities.
• Support budgetary objectives and align with Sappi’s global strategic vision for dye sublimation papers.
• Manage customer sales orders and claims effectively.
• Engage with customer service and technical application engineers to deliver suitable solutions and foster robust account relationships.
• Monitor and assist agents working within the sales regions.
• Equip agents with commercial insights and coordinate strategic initiatives across regional markets and sales channels.
• Aid in the development and launch of new products.
• Offer insights for marketing strategies and provide feedback on market conditions and industry trends.
• Maintain and update sales data, leads, and prospects within Salesforce.
• Represent Sappi at international trade fairs.
• Report directly to the Sales Director FlexPack & Dye Sublimation.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of dye sublimation products.
• Demonstrated history of managing international accounts with distributors, end customers, and converters.
• Strong understanding of identifying success factors and executing market strategies in global and complex organizations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Proficient presentation skills.
• Capability to engage with diverse target audiences and functions within both existing and prospective accounts.
• Strong intercultural competencies and an awareness of different cultural perspectives.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a goal-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Specific knowledge and connections within the fashion industry are beneficial.
• Expertise in dye sublimation papers is an asset.
• A solid network within the fashion and sportswear sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Full-time employment of 40 hours per week.
• Permanent employment contract.
