• Supervise the small box distribution process from pricing products to fulfilling customer orders.
• Create and implement distribution procedures to guarantee efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Oversee and coordinate operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Track supply chain and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is maintained to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery and accurate pricing communication.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
• Solve problems as they arise.
• Review and analyze production and customer demand data to anticipate future distribution needs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and SKU rationalization.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in internal or external sales support.
• Preferably experience in Medical Device Sales.
• Experience in Government Distribution is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Compliance with Quality Management System standards.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
