This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each consultant, focusing on scorecard performance, call feedback, and targeted skill development activities.
• Perform a minimum of 2–3 call observations per representative each week, ensuring a completed observation form for every call.
• Facilitate live side-by-side sessions for any representative scoring below 80% on their overall scorecard, at least once a week.
• Document each coaching session within 24 hours, including a summary, skill activity, implementation status, next steps, and commitments made.
• Ensure that every representative leaves each one-on-one knowing precisely what they are working on, while every manager is informed of the effectiveness of the coaching.
• Oversee the entire accountability process, from documented verbal discussions to Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), 30-day reviews, and exit criteria.
• Review scorecards to guarantee that every representative is fully aware of their performance, ensuring that there are no surprises.
• Identify performance trends early and intervene before a gap becomes a recurring issue.
• Keep all coaching and accountability documentation updated, complete, and readily accessible in the designated system.
• Conclude the accountability process with clear terms; a representative must maintain a score of 80% or above for an entire quarter before formal status is removed.
• Lead bi-weekly L10 team meetings with a prepared agenda that covers performance, achievements, challenges, and team alignment.
• Conduct multiple 15-minute pipeline stand-ups throughout the week, ensuring that every representative is aware of their pipeline status and next actions.
• Utilize stand-ups to recognize who needs support, who is performing well, and where urgency needs to be established, in real-time.
• Maintain continuous visibility into every representative's pipeline, not limited to check-in periods.
• Set a positive tone daily; energy, expectations, and belief in the team are essential and non-negotiable.
• Publicly celebrate wins consistently on the scoreboard and within the team environment.
• Foster an atmosphere where representatives feel recognized, supported, and encouraged to grow.
• Collaborate with the Enablement Specialist to integrate learning into the culture, beyond just formal training sessions.
• Advocate for the team's success in all cross-functional discussions, acting as a champion for your representatives.
• Work alongside the Sales Enablement Specialist to identify skill gaps and ensure effective training is both deployed and adopted.
• Coordinate with the Sales Ops Manager regarding tool usage, process compliance, and Sales Assistant workflow standards.
• Provide the Director of Sales with regular, transparent updates on team performance, coaching activities, and key risks.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions that impact the sales team, ensuring the team's voice is represented.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, including at least 1-2 years in a team lead, senior, or management position.
• A proven track record of coaching sales representatives to achieve measurable performance improvements.
• A deep understanding of consultative selling, with the ability to model and teach it in real time.
• Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Experience in executing structured accountability processes such as PIPs, performance discussions, and documentation.
• Capability to conduct high-energy, efficient team cadences that prompt action rather than mere conversation.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to read a room, handle difficult conversations with care, and build trust swiftly.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, scorecards, and sales reporting.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a significant plus.
