This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In your role as the Sales Manager for the D‑A‑CH region, you will operate as an entrepreneur within the organization, taking full responsibility for your market.
• You will independently cultivate your market and establish a robust sales pipeline, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers.
• You will work closely and collaboratively with our SDR team, which will assist you with qualified leads, meetings, and market insights.
• You will take charge of the most promising opportunities, conduct consultative meetings, further develop the business case, and confidently close deals.
• Additionally, you will proactively engage in the market; cold calling, social selling, targeted networking, and face-to-face meetings are standard tools you will utilize.
• You will recognize the value of our software solutions and present BESTMIX as a strategic partner for our clients.
• Alongside SDRs, marketing, and sales leadership, you will devise effective acquisition strategies and continuously enhance our go-to-market approaches.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in a scaling or fast-paced setting.
• You are a true hunter who thrives on winning new customers — structured, persistent, and adept at closing deals.
• You view collaboration with SDRs as a means to optimize focus, reach, and closing rates.
• Cold calling is not a necessary evil for you, but an effective strategy.
• You confidently utilize digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems) for lead generation and account development.
• You impress with your professional demeanor, strong presentation skills, and commercial insight.
• You communicate fluently in German and proficiently in English.
