This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Outbound Prospecting: Actively seek out, research, and connect with potential clients, including game developers, publishers, and non-endemic brands through proactive sales initiatives.
β’ Inbound Lead Management: Oversee and negotiate assigned inbound sales leads, guiding them through the sales journey from initial inquiry to final closure.
β’ Proposal Development: Create and present persuasive proposals and contracts that effectively convey the benefits of collaborating with Cross Realm.
β’ Pipeline Management: Sustain a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities, accurately monitoring leads, prospects, and deals within our CRM (HubSpot).
β’ Client Relationship Management: Foster and enhance relationships with key clients and agency partners, acting as the main point of contact for sales inquiries and negotiations.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success for clients.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the gaming, creator, or agency sectors.
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
β’ A strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, combined with a self-motivated approach.
β’ Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot experience is advantageous).
β’ An established network of contacts across both endemic (gaming/creator-focused) and non-endemic brands is preferred.
β’ This role is offered as a contract position with strong potential for conversion to full-time based on performance.
β’ A competitive contract rate along with a commission-based incentive structure.
