This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Consulting: You provide thorough information to interested individuals about our course offerings, analyze their personal situations and learning objectives, and prepare them effectively for the course start.
• Support & Onboarding: You accompany applicants as the central point of contact until successful onboarding is achieved.
• Lead Management & CRM Collaboration: In close cooperation with marketing, particularly our CRM manager, you assist with topics such as lead nurturing, funnel development, and the appropriate outreach to best engage and inspire our target audience.
• Strong Communication Skills: You enjoy interacting with others and can approach applicants openly, empathetically, and proactively—even over the phone.
• Enjoyment of Dynamics and Ambitious Goals: You are motivated to achieve clear and ambitious objectives while delivering top-notch results.
• Independence and Proactivity: You prefer to work autonomously and responsibly, maintaining an overview, especially when handling multiple applications simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient use of Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) is required; additional knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
• Language Skills: You speak and write excellent German and ideally are also proficient in spoken and written English (C1+).
• A significant advantage: Prior experience in sales or educational consulting with an AZAV-certified educational provider is a plus.
