This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Oversee a remote sales team, including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance.
• Establish individual revenue goals and drive achievement across the Area while ensuring profitable sales.
• Keep abreast of market dynamics and maintain awareness of trends, including economic, environmental, and competitive factors affecting the market.
• Implement standards, monitor pricing strategies, execute objectives, and hold the team accountable for their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the sales process.
• Propel functional sales initiatives and campaigns across the sector in collaboration with Marketing.
• Effectively utilize authority in making personnel decisions for the sales team in consultation with the Sector Leader and VP of Sales.
• Guarantee optimal team performance by providing daily leadership, coaching, development, and corrective actions as necessary.
• Implement specific strategies aimed at enhancing market penetration.
• Ensure the assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains top-tier sales talent available in the marketplace.
• Prepare a monthly Communication Report.
• Over 5 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales management.
• Familiarity with the targeted territory and knowledge of the Building Services & Construction, Manufacturing, and Utility sectors.
• Exceptional coaching, closing, and mentoring abilities.
• Possess strategic and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
