This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Clinician Liaisons to meet referral growth and activity goals.
• Conduct regular on-site coaching to enhance outreach efficiency and relationship-building capabilities, including ride-alongs as necessary.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of CL team members.
• Create and implement outreach strategies for the territory that align with growth objectives.
• Guide CLs in developing impactful call plans with referral partners.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement within accounts by fostering relationships with various decision-makers.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across CAP, Non-CAP, and new referral sources.
• Strengthen engagement within key accounts to solidify long-term referral partnerships.
• Establish, monitor, and drive performance against essential metrics, such as referral volume, outreach activity, and conversion rates.
• Use Salesforce and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) to assess performance and identify trends.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and align on priorities.
• Maintain an active field presence to support and coach CLs in real-time.
• Offer guidance on relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and referral conversion strategies.
• Reinforce best practices in account management, including expanding engagement within priority accounts.
• Assist CLs in enhancing account coverage and growing their network within each referral partner.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to synchronize outreach initiatives with clinician capacity and patient access needs.
• Work with internal stakeholders to bolster provider engagement and educational opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between referral demand and scheduling availability.
• Guarantee accurate and timely documentation of outreach activities in Salesforce.
• Reinforce compliance with Salesforce standards and best practices.
• Maintain visibility into referral trends, account activity, and overall business performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, field-based sales teams.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and coaching.
• Data-driven approach with experience using Salesforce and performance reporting tools.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned markets.
