This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Drive the sales of photovoltaic and battery energy storage product lines within the local market.
β’ Take ownership of the complete sales cycle β from prospecting to contract closure β achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue goals.
β’ Identify and cultivate relationships with project owners, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators nationwide.
β’ Develop a structured channel partner network to enhance the company's market presence and brand recognition.
β’ Manage and expand existing accounts by providing proactive and responsive support.
β’ Assist clients with product selection, technical inquiries, and project execution.
β’ Foster repeat orders, explore upsell opportunities, and generate referrals.
β’ Oversee all commercial engagements from proposal and quotation to contract execution.
β’ Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery while managing receivables to ensure a healthy cash flow.
β’ Monitor local and broader European solar/BESS market trends, competitor activity, policy changes, and pricing strategies.
β’ Provide structured market feedback to guide the company's product strategy, positioning, and pricing decisions.
β’ Demonstrated sales experience in BESS, solar PV, or related clean energy sectors, with a successful history in channel development and management of distributor/installer networks.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the solar and storage markets.
β’ Commercially oriented, strategic thinker who is comfortable with both individual contributor and team leadership roles.
