This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals
• Develop and implement scalable SaaS sales strategies for both inbound and outbound channels
• Oversee and enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and monitoring conversion metrics
• Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks, ensuring accountability and growth within the team
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience
• Identify market opportunities and refine positioning to create a competitive edge
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and continuous professional development
• Implement and enhance CRM and sales tools to boost team productivity and improve reporting
• Essential: Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong history of achieving or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing sales teams
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with a coaching-first, empowering approach
• Data-driven decision maker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
