This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire and retain new customers: You will manage B2B sales processes from start to finish — including sales presentations, software demonstrations, proposal creation, and relationship management.
• Manage customer portfolio: You will represent our company at events and trade exhibitions, network with key decision-makers, and strategically expand your portfolio.
• No need for cold calling: We supply you with qualified leads — allowing you to concentrate on selling rather than searching for contact information.
• Contribute to sales strategy: You will provide market insights to the team and play an active role in developing our sales strategy.
• Utilize CRM & tools: You will maintain organized records in HubSpot and make effective use of our digital sales tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management — fostering quick decision-making and streamlined processes.
• Proven experience and enthusiasm in sales.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of self-motivation.
• Methodical and attentive working style — proficient with spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Basic familiarity with HubSpot is essential.
• A keen interest or preferably experience in E-Mobility and energy sectors.
