• Drive growth within the Automotive sector.
• Lead the entire sales process, including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and others.
• Sell services related to Electrical distribution systems and Wiring harness design for the Automotive and Industrial sectors.
• Offer services in electronic, hardware, and software development, Automotive electronics, Software-defined Vehicles, ADAS development, Industrial controllers, and Medical electronic devices development.
• Manage and expand a valuable account portfolio, cultivating strong relationships across Procurement, Engineering, and related teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and client visits.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction for OEM clients across service offerings.
• Assist in the development of strategic initiatives.
• Plan and address key customer needs in alignment with local markets.
• Foster a solid and trusting relationship between clients, key stakeholders, and senior management within the company.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a mechanism for contract adherence within the organization.
• Experience in Automotive and Engineering Services.
• 7-8+ years of experience in sales of electrical, electronics, and embedded product development services.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Electronics design and development services in Automotive, Industrial, and Medical sectors.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and within a culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, working independently and taking personal initiative.
• Leadership qualities, highly energetic, and self-motivated.
