This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Responsible for profit and loss within the designated domain at the customer, adhering to established boundaries.
• Serve as the sales team leader for the designated domain/customer within the CV account team.
• Act as the voice of the customer (VOC) concerning domain/customer-related matters.
• Function as the primary escalation point for customer-related issues.
• Lead a team of 5-7 direct reports across the Western US.
• Develop and implement customer strategies within the assigned domain/customer.
• Manage escalations for the assigned domain/customer before involving the Regional Sales Leader.
• Drive and meet the defined sales KPIs for the assigned domain/customer.
• Oversee the hiring and performance evaluation of sales teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in account management sales or a related area.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Possess strategic thinking skills and the ability to articulate a vision for the account.
• Demonstrate strong sales and commercial leadership in the assigned domain.
• Hold a high level of authority and possess exceptional negotiation skills.
• Background in engineering or commercial sectors with substantial automotive experience.
• Have a solid understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, innovations, and financials.
• Technical expertise in the product group with a comprehensive understanding of the system/function approach of ZF.
