• The Sales Manager is accountable for the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development of Mid-Market/SMB Account Executives.
• Foster a culture focused on performance, creativity, and innovation to consistently meet new logo revenue objectives.
• Take ownership of and drive the achievement of Trustwell’s new business pipeline goals.
• Attract, hire, nurture, and retain exceptional sales talent.
• Build and mentor high-performing sales teams to create greater opportunities for growth.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or relevant experience within the food industry is necessary.
• 3-5 years of experience leading successful New Logo mid-market/SMB sales teams with a proven record of achievement.
• Familiarity with a highly technical sales process is essential.
• Relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing sector, ERP, WMS, PLM, or QMS solutions is required.
