This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Accountable for fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Achieve goals through store engagement, coaching and developing the team, staffing of Sales Consultants, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Oversee a team of commissioned Sales Consultants to successfully close sales of Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) product offerings.
• Enhance store connectivity by establishing and nurturing relationships with store management and associates.
• Handle hiring, training/coaching, and performance management tasks.
• Meet sales objectives within the designated territory.
• Review reports to ensure customers' projects progress smoothly through the job process.
• Responsible for Voice of the Customer scores and feedback.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain a high-performance selling culture that consistently meets sales objectives and customer experience benchmarks.
