This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Ongoing Daily Training: Spearhead and facilitate daily coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, immediate feedback, and hands-on assistance to enhance the team's closing abilities and service knowledge.
• KPI Proficiency: Track real-time performance indicators to ensure that both individual and team sales consistently meet or surpass set KPIs.
• Prompt Lead Response & Interaction Oversight: Ensure that response times to all leads are under 60 seconds.
• CRM Accuracy & Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy within the CRM system.
• Follow-up Discipline: Ensure that no lead is neglected by implementing stringent follow-up procedures.
• Process Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to refine the sales script, lead hand-off procedures, and overall strategy to boost efficiency and conversion rates.
• New Team Integration: Participate in the recruitment process and provide onboarding and training for new team members on sales methodologies and tools.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to enhance lead quality, strengthen the feedback loop regarding lead sources, and streamline the overall sales process.
• Client-Centric Approach: Uphold a high-standard, consultative, client-first sales strategy and assist with escalated cases when necessary.
• Deal Strategy & Closing Support: Engage actively in deal strategy formulation and assist in closing high-value accounts as required.
• Demonstrated Leadership: Over 3 years of sales closing experience, including a proven record of leading or coaching teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Strategic & Analytical Approach: Ability to convert long-term revenue objectives into daily tactical achievements and utilize data to pinpoint bottlenecks or collaborate with Marketing for enhancements.
• Experience in High-Ticket Transactions
• Coaching Enthusiasm: A strong passion for continuous talent development—transforming every "no" into a learning experience.
• Operational Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of pipeline management and CRM accuracy (experience with HubSpot is preferred).
• Results-Oriented Execution: A proactive, solution-focused leader who excels in structured sales processes and demonstrates clear, effective communication.
