This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance market presence for designated region or clientele in the Pulp & Paper and Water sectors.
• Recognize new customers and prospects within the region to expand business while strengthening the Solenis brand.
• Oversee a business portfolio that ranges from minimal to substantial accounts.
• Formulate business development strategies and create annual plans for business advancement.
• Collaborate closely with the extended commercial team to comprehend business requirements and market demands.
• Drive the acquisition of new business and applications within your designated territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for new opportunities, including documenting ROI and value delivery.
• Establish, maintain, and prioritize an accurate and up-to-date sales funnel in SFDC.
• Manage account profitability effectively.
• Review territory applications and processes to identify safety improvement opportunities.
• Attain customer satisfaction to ensure optimal retention of existing business and growth of new ventures.
• Generally requires a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
