This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Drive growth and achieve sales objectives by effectively leading the sales team.

• Create and execute a strategic business plan that broadens the company’s customer base and strengthens its market presence.

• Take charge of recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales executives.

• Cultivate and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Provide the management team with reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and realistic forecasts.

• Recognize emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competitive landscape.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.

• Proven track record as a sales representative or sales manager, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated capability to manage the sales process from planning through to closing.

• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.

• Preferably possess experience in the consumer goods sector.
