• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Proven track record as a sales representative or sales manager, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the sales process from planning through to closing.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.
• Preferably possess experience in the consumer goods sector.
• Proficient in English.
