Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Lead and support a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass monthly revenue goals.

• Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and provide performance coaching to team members.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.

• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, CRM data, and revenue reports.

• Utilize relevant tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales enablement platforms.

• Assist the broader organization with territory planning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a comparable field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capable of working independently and effectively managing your own time.

• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is a plus.
