This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead, develop, and manage the team of Account Executives.
• Ensure the attainment of commercial objectives and promote continuous enhancement of team performance.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives.
• Track performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
• Identify obstacles and recommend enhancements to commercial processes.
• Guarantee uniform application of the sales methodology.
• Assist in strategic negotiations and consultative sales efforts.
• Offer strategic insights regarding the market, potential opportunities, and operational strategies.
• Prior experience in leading sales teams.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Background in consultative technology sales (software, SaaS, or tailored solutions).
• Experience within technology firms, startups, or consulting agencies.
• Proven experience in developing, training, and managing commercial/sales teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a focus on results.
• Must be located in São Paulo (essential for event participation and team proximity).
