This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with the PTE Sales Lead to actively implement regional strategies aimed at maximizing opportunities for PTE Academic tests and services.
• Provide consistent market insights and competitor information to both the global and India teams.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships while negotiating commercial agreements with stakeholders, including education and migration agents, as well as commercial and academic language/test preparation providers, employers, and others.
• Proactively promote PTE Academic to enhance brand and product awareness and understanding among key external stakeholders.
• Drive candidate test and test preparation volumes through localized sales and marketing initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with professional partners to support their students in preparing for PTE Academic.
• Set high standards in customer care/service, ensuring that excellence is achieved in the delivery and service of our tests.
• Assist in the sales and marketing initiatives of regional partners.
• Contribute to the regional marketing plan, including participation in conferences, events, and conducting local surveys.
• Execute ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager and/or Country Manager.
• Manage existing channels and identify opportunities for further channel expansion.
• Effectively address customer needs, fostering productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required.
• Strong academic background in the relevant subject matter.
• Knowledge of market competition is essential.
• Experience in the secure language testing business or the education and training industry is preferred.
