This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the region achieves robust performance in terms of revenue and gross profit.
• Attract, nurture, and retain a high-performing regional sales team focused on outside sales.
• Drive sales initiatives and lead the sales team effectively.
• Develop new accounts and enhance the wallet share of existing accounts.
• Prepare and present regional sales reports.
• Maintain essential customer relationships and conduct regular in-person visits.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in outside field sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management and leadership.
• Proven ability to overcome challenges and achieve significant financial outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise and a comprehensive understanding of CRMs (preferably NetSuite or Salesforce).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
