This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Enhance the relationships with current key accounts
• Generate new business opportunities in the US, Canada & Mexico
• Provide insights and feedback to product management
• Manage and nurture local sales partnerships
• Assist in local marketing efforts, including participation in various trade shows
• Technical background required (MSc or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, ideally within the optics sector
• Market familiarity, preferably in defense, medical, microscopy, semiconductor, and vision applications
• Capability to identify new clients and develop and sustain relationships
• Ability to comprehend customers’ technical needs and propose effective solutions
• Enthusiasm for sales and marketing, amiable personality, well-organized, self-sufficient, and a team player
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
• Competent in MS Office applications
• Experience with SAP and SAP CRM is advantageous
