This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in advisory discussions with prospective students, conduct needs assessments, and offer customized recommendations for our training programs.

• Manage incoming leads in an organized and timely manner, including qualifying them and assisting them through the closing process.

• Communicate effectively and clearly with various target audiences.

• Explain and correctly utilize financing and funding options (such as education vouchers).

• Proactively advocate for the self-employment opportunity as a care companion when appropriate.

• Accurately document all activities and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Share expertise within the team, assist colleagues, and actively participate in team growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in sales or consulting — preferably with direct customer interaction.

• Authentic customer focus: your goal is to guide individuals towards the right choices, not merely to secure the fastest sale.

• Organized, self-motivated approach to work.

• Excellent communication skills and patience, especially when confronted with language challenges.

• Willingness to embrace new tools and utilize AI for support.

• Consistent and reliable documentation of your activities in the CRM system.

• Preferable: a strong interest in the care or social sectors.

• Familiarity with education vouchers, AZAV, or other funding programs is a plus.
