This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Achieve annual new business (ARR) objectives across the UK and Europe by utilizing a balanced approach of direct and partner-driven sales.
• Create and oversee a new net pipeline from the ground up (no pre-existing territory or accounts).
• Cultivate opportunities through proactive outreach and leveraging partner and alliance networks.
• Formulate and implement account strategies that capitalize on both direct engagement and partner contributions for added value.
• Identify and activate fresh partner opportunities in collaboration with the partner/alliance team.
• Manage comprehensive and intricate sales cycles from start to finish.
• Retain ownership of the sales process while effectively coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Present OBRELA’s services using a value- and outcome-oriented sales approach.
• Utilize MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to ensure robust qualification, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
• Keep precise CRM records and maintain clear visibility of both direct and partner-influenced pipelines.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology sales.
• Demonstrated success in a net new logo, quota-carrying “hunter” position.
• Proven expertise in collaborating with partners, alliances, or indirect sales frameworks, including co-selling and partner pipeline development.
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to managed security services (MDR, MSSP, DFIR, Threat Intelligence).
• Experience working alongside partners and alliances.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior business and technical decision-makers.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or similar sales methodologies).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
