📋 Description

• Achieve annual new business (ARR) objectives across the UK and Europe through a strategic blend of direct and partner-driven sales.

• Create and oversee a new net pipeline from the ground up (without any inherited accounts or territories).

• Generate opportunities via proactive direct outreach as well as through partner and alliance channels.

• Formulate and implement account plans that utilize both direct engagement and partner involvement where it enhances value.

• Identify and activate new partner opportunities in collaboration with the partner/alliance team.

• Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.

• Retain ownership of the sales cycle while efficiently coordinating internal teams and partners.

• Present OBRELA’s services using a value- and outcome-focused selling approach.

• Utilize MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to ensure effective qualification, disciplined pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.

• Keep precise CRM reporting and maintain clear visibility of both direct and partner-influenced pipelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology sales.

• Demonstrated success in a net new logo, quota-carrying "hunter" role.

• Proven track record in working with partners, alliances, or indirect sales models, including co-selling and partner pipeline development.

• Strong preference for experience with managed security services (MDR, MSSP, DFIR, Threat Intelligence).

• Experience collaborating with or alongside partners/alliances.

• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including engagement with senior business and technical decision-makers.

• Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or a similar sales methodology).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
