Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to potential customers who are already acquainted with November.

• Assist individuals in making well-informed choices regarding their end-of-life planning products.

• Engage in active listening to discern customer needs and develop customized offers.

• Manage deals from initiation to successful closure.

• Achieve sales goals and qualify for bonuses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in telephone sales, preferably with products or services that require advisory skills.

• Demonstrated success in gaining new customers and finalizing sales.

• A passion for customer service and a client-centered mindset.

• Strong determination and resilience.

• Excellent organizational abilities and self-management skills.

• Proficient in the German language, both written and spoken (C1 level or above).
