Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of sales opportunities in Spain, Italy, and Portugal from identification to closing.

• Guide customers through the adoption process of robots, from the initial meeting to warehouse visits and contract negotiations.

• Act as a representative of our company, showcasing our products, services, and culture to clients.

• Foster collaborations with potential partners to uncover new opportunities.

• Analyze and understand key prospect targets to formulate effective tactics and strategies.

• Assist in or lead upselling initiatives based on customer needs.

• Enhance Nomagic's visibility at industry trade fairs and marketing events.

• Actively propose enhancements to our funnel activities to boost the conversion rate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in intralogistics and automation sales, with the capability to conduct customer workshops on solution design.

• A robust network of contacts within the warehousing industry is a considerable advantage.

• Aiming high. You possess ambitious goals and consistently strive for success.

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Capability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
