This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage sales opportunities across Spain, Italy, and Portugal from identification to closure.
• Guide customers through the process of adopting robots, from initial meetings to warehouse and reference visits, leading up to contract negotiations.
• Act as a representative for our company, showcasing our products, services, and culture to clients.
• Forge collaborations with potential partners to uncover new opportunities.
• Analyze and understand key prospect targets to devise effective tactics and strategies.
• Facilitate or lead upselling initiatives based on customer needs.
• Enhance Nomagic's presence at industry trade fairs and marketing events.
• Actively propose enhancements to our funnel activities to boost conversion rates.
• Proven experience in intralogistics and automation sales, with the capability to conduct customer workshops on solution design.
• A strong network of contacts in the warehousing industry is highly advantageous.
• An ambitious individual who is dedicated to achieving success.
• Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
