📋 Description

• **Role Overview as the Sales Manager at Liferaft**

• - **Coaching & Performance Management:** Deliver structured coaching aimed at enhancing individual seller effectiveness in areas such as discovery, qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder management, evaluation execution, negotiation, and closing. Proactively manage performance, reinforce expectations, and drive measurable improvements throughout the team while fostering a culture of accountability, preparation, and continuous development.

• - **Forecasting & Pipeline Management:** Ensure a high level of visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, forecast accuracy, and execution risk. Implement disciplined pipeline and deal inspection processes that enhance predictability, decision-making, and overall execution quality.

• - **Execution Excellence:** Establish and uphold robust sales fundamentals, consistent deal management practices, thoughtful account strategies, and operational discipline. Guide the team to execute effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.

• - **Hiring & Team Development:** Oversee the hiring, evaluation, and selection process for new Account Executives as the team expands. Play a pivotal role in onboarding, training, and developing new team members in collaboration with enablement and revenue leadership.

• - **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering to ensure the Account Executive team has the necessary support, resources, and alignment to perform at a high level.

• - **Technology & Productivity Enablement:** Utilize modern sales technology, AI-driven tools, and data-driven insights to enhance team efficiency, visibility, coaching effectiveness, and sales execution.

• - **Leadership Presence:** Assist the team in customer-facing situations, internal planning meetings, and industry events as required. Help cultivate a high-performance culture that is collaborative, engaged, and aligned around shared success.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Essential Qualifications for Success**

• - 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including at least 3 years in a frontline sales management role, managing complex enterprise sales processes involving multi-stakeholder buying and six-figure deals.

• - Proven track record in coaching and performance management, including setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and enhancing seller performance.

• - Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal management discipline.

• - Demonstrated capability to recruit, evaluate, hire, and develop high-performing sales talent.

• - High level of proficiency with sales technology, CRM platforms, modern sales tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• - A strong operational mindset with the ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• - Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
