This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You initiate conversations with prospective clients and lead them towards project commencement.

• Previous sales experience is not mandatory (optional).
• Fixed salary plus performance-based pay with a clear, uncapped compensation structure.
• Defined promotion pathway to Head of Sales and a permanent contract following the probationary period.
