This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Active acquisition and support of medium-sized business clients with financing needs
• Take on sales responsibility for your region
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Present tailored factoring solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and continuously monitor the market
• Develop your own sales strategies
• Initial experience in the sales of financial or consulting services
• Strong interest in financing issues, particularly factoring
• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector, or a completed degree in business administration
• High motivation to build your own network in North Rhine-Westphalia
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident presence at decision-maker level
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility, and discretion
• Enjoyment of personal interaction - with a willingness to be present with clients
