This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Create and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for both Kolar Design and KXI.
• Formulate and implement outbound prospecting strategies aligned with our target sectors.
• Identify and target strategic accounts where the firms' contributions can deliver significant client value.
• Lead initial meetings and discovery discussions with potential clients.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to develop preliminary scopes, timelines, and budget frameworks.
• Thoroughly qualify opportunities prior to their introduction to studio teams.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in NetSuite.
• Provide weekly updates on the pipeline and quarterly forecasts to leadership.
• Leverage existing relationships within target markets.
• Passion & belief - Strongly believes in the potential of brand environments and experiential design to transform how individuals interact with spaces, their work, and each other.
• Business acumen - Proficient in understanding corporate client decision-making processes.
• Humility - Approaches leadership with curiosity and a willingness to listen.

• Self-starter - Takes ownership of pipeline outcomes without the need for daily guidance.
• Activated network - Has developed and can readily access relationships in corporate, CRE, AEC, and related fields.
