This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Take ownership and responsibility for meeting the occupancy goals set for the KOFISI Casablanca centre.
• Collaborate with the VP Commercial to create and execute a commercial sales strategy that aligns with KOFISI's growth objectives in North Africa and the Francophone region.
• Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline speed; modify approaches as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved consistently.
• Support the sales team in finalizing potential deals, which includes attending client meetings and leading final negotiations when required.
• Facilitate client flexibility in lease terms when commercially viable, adhering to KOFISI guidelines to secure and maintain business.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how flexible workspaces integrate within the wider property and leasing landscape in Casablanca.
• Continuously identify, research, and engage with traditional occupiers in Casablanca that align with the KOFISI offering.
• Identify and connect with multinational corporations entering or expanding in Morocco and Francophone Africa, as well as local companies nearing lease renewal, positioning KOFISI as their preferred solution for flexible workspaces.
• Generate qualified leads through effective collaboration with the marketing team, participation in industry events and forums in Casablanca, and direct outreach to target companies.
• Oversee the distribution of leads to the business development team and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
• Partner with the VP Commercial to explore new market opportunities and ensure the appropriate marketing materials and proposals are prepared to support them.
• Collect and relay client feedback to the relevant internal teams for the enhancement of products and services.
• Build and manage a network of brokers in Casablanca’s commercial property sector, including local Moroccan brokers, French and European firms with interests in Casablanca, and consultants advising multinational firms on entering Francophone Africa.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for broker partners in Casablanca; ensure brokers are consistently informed about KOFISI products, pricing, and availability.
• Lead and finalize high-stakes commercial negotiations, confidently representing KOFISI at the executive decision-making level.
• Travel to key locations where significant commercial decisions are made—including markets like Paris, Dubai, or the regional headquarters of occupiers—to advocate for KOFISI and spearhead deal closure discussions.
• Guide, develop, and inspire the Casablanca sales team to achieve the highest standards of commercial performance.
• Provide monthly updates to the VP Commercial, outlining the sales team’s pipeline, conversion achievements, and progress toward occupancy targets.
• 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven history of meeting and surpassing commercial targets, preferably in the property, flexible workspace, or related sectors in the North Africa / Francophone market.
• Established ability to cultivate and manage broker relationships that deliver a steady stream of qualified leads. An existing network of commercial brokers is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in leading high-value client negotiations and independently closing complex commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of the workspace, property, and leasing landscape in Casablanca, including the competitive environment and key occupier demographics.
• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills. Capable of converting data and sales metrics into actionable commercial insights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. A confident presenter and negotiator, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary to finalize business deals and represent KOFISI. Fluency in French is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
