This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership and responsibility for meeting occupancy targets at the KOFISI Cairo centre.
• Create and execute a commercial sales strategy in collaboration with the VP Commercial, aligned with KOFISI North Africa's growth objectives.
• Track sales ratios, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity; modify tactics to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Assist the sales team in finalizing potential deals by attending client meetings and leading negotiations as necessary.
• Facilitate lease term flexibility for clients when commercially viable, adhering to KOFISI guidelines to secure and retain business.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how flexible workspaces integrate into the wider property and leasing ecosystem within the Cairo market.
• Proactively identify, research, and engage traditional occupiers in Cairo that align with KOFISI's offerings.
• Monitor lease expiration dates across Cairo’s corporate occupier landscape and engage decision-makers prior to renewals, positioning KOFISI as the preferred alternative to traditional leases.
• Generate qualified leads through close collaboration with the marketing team, participation in industry events and forums in Cairo, and direct outreach to targeted companies.
• Oversee lead distribution to the business development team and ensure consistent follow-up to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the VP Commercial to identify fresh market opportunities and ensure the necessary collateral and proposals are readily available to support them.
• Collect and relay client feedback to relevant internal teams to guide product and service enhancements.
• Build and manage a broker network within Cairo’s commercial real estate market, encompassing both local Egyptian brokers and international firms with mandates in Cairo.
• Establish a robust broker network that consistently generates qualified occupier opportunities and bolsters pipeline growth.
• Serve as KOFISI's primary commercial liaison for broker partners in Cairo; ensure brokers are always well-informed about KOFISI products, pricing, and availability.
• Attend broker events, briefings, and industry forums in Cairo to enhance visibility and establish KOFISI as the preferred flexible workspace partner.
• Track the pipeline sourced from brokers separately, assess its contribution to overall occupancy, and report performance metrics to the VP Commercial.
• Lead and finalize high-value commercial negotiations, confidently representing KOFISI at the decision-making level.
• Travel to key locations where significant commercial decisions are being made—such as Dubai, London, or an occupier’s regional headquarters—to represent KOFISI and lead closure discussions.
• Ensure all proposals and presentations for prospective clients are compelling, accurate, and customized to meet the client's unique needs.
• Support account management meetings with key clients to nurture relationships and safeguard existing occupancy.
• Act as a brand ambassador for KOFISI in all external interactions, embodying the brand's standards and positioning.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Cairo sales team to achieve the highest standards of commercial performance.
• Implement the agreed sales training program across all team levels, introducing new initiatives to address gaps or opportunities.
• Mentor and coach team members throughout the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closure.
• Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs for each team member; regularly review progress and hold the team accountable to agreed-upon targets.
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about KOFISI products, pricing, competitive positioning, and current market conditions in Cairo.
• Present monthly reports to the VP Commercial outlining the sales team’s pipeline, conversion performance, and progress towards occupancy goals.
• Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend adjustments to the commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate and current CRM records for all active prospects, ongoing deals, broker accounts, and completed business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent reflection of KOFISI's brand positioning across all sales materials and external communications.
• Monitor currency and pricing trends in the Egyptian market; alert on any significant fluctuations that could impact KOFISI's commercial positioning or pricing strategy.
• 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing commercial targets, preferably in property, flexible workspace, or a related sector within the North Africa market.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain broker relationships that yield consistent, qualified pipeline. An existing network of commercial brokers is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in leading high-value client negotiations and independently closing complex commercial deals.
• Strong understanding of the workspace, property, and leasing ecosystem in Cairo, including the competitive landscape and key occupier segments.
• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to translate data and sales statistics into actionable commercial strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident presenter and negotiator, comfortable engaging with C-suite and decision-makers.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to close business and represent KOFISI. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage in this market.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
