This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of 8–10 Account Executives to surpass individual and collective sales objectives through effective coaching, motivation, and skill enhancement.

• Manage the comprehensive recruitment process for AE positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent.

• Establish clear performance targets and metrics, utilizing Salesforce data and weekly one-on-ones to monitor progress and provide actionable feedback.

• Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess team performance and adapt strategies in real time.

• Proactively resolve deal-related issues, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring representatives remain focused on selling.

• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead quality, provide campaign feedback, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in managing and developing Account Executives, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced SMB setting.

• Proven track record of coaching representatives to exceed targets while holding the team accountable and addressing performance issues directly.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and achieving team ARR quotas within a rapid sales cycle SMB environment.

• Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping AEs to achieve full productivity.

• A metrics-driven approach to performance management — you are proficient in your CRM, intimately familiar with your team’s metrics, and use that knowledge to coach effectively and forecast accurately.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team, provide constructive feedback, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.

• High energy, resilience, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being developed.
