This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of 8–10 Account Executives to surpass individual and collective sales objectives through effective coaching, motivation, and skill enhancement.
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for AE positions — from sourcing and interviewing to securing top talent.
• Establish clear performance objectives and metrics, utilizing Salesforce data and weekly one-on-ones to monitor progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess team performance and adapt strategies in real-time.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, campaign insights, and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
• 2–4 years of experience in managing and developing Account Executives, ideally within a SaaS or high-velocity SMB setting.
• Proven track record of coaching representatives to exceed their targets while holding the team accountable and addressing underperformance directly.
• Demonstrated success in achieving team ARR quotas in a fast sales cycle SMB environment.
• Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and rapidly getting AEs to full productivity.
• A metrics-driven approach to performance management — you are well-versed in your CRM, have a deep understanding of your team's metrics, and leverage this information to coach effectively and forecast accurately.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to inspire a team, deliver constructive feedback, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• High energy, resilient, and adept at thriving in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving.
