This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for overseeing a combination of services, related products, and regular engagements with both key account clients and potential new clients to actively drive sales of equipment and systems across a diverse range of telecommunications and electronics applications.
• Achieve revenue and account objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and coordinate efforts to meet established sales targets and forecasts.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the customer base (their business and associated applications); Company technology, products, and services; competitive entities including their offerings; general market trends; and technology to formulate "value" propositions and prevent the commoditization of services and products through differentiation based on pricing.
• Establish oneself and the company as a genuine business partner within accounts, recognized for resolving issues and providing innovative solutions/applications.
• Ensure consistent year-over-year growth in revenues, market share, and reputation.
• Implement consistent data entry and utilize any and all sales reporting systems and sales software tools employed by the company.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration while working with other sales staff both within and across company departments; technical and operations personnel; and all office and support staff globally.
• Notify the VP of Sales about any significant new Sales and Marketing opportunities.
• Develop and sustain personal relationships with key customers.
• Handle all inquiries received while in the field, collaborating with the Bids and Technical Marketing team to create specifications for quotes that meet customer requirements.
• Submit requests for quotations to the Bids and Proposals/Technical Marketing team, ensuring they are delivered to the customer promptly and clearly.
• Maintain close communication with technical/projects personnel regarding any quotations that require engineering input.
• Keep in touch with the Network Operations center and participate in customer interactions concerning service issues.
• Prepare a weekly report for the VP of Sales outlining calls made and appointments scheduled in the calendar.
• Over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Market.
• More than 10 years of experience in Sales.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Postgraduate studies/MBA.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in modeling/optimization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to initiate tasks with minimal supervision.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Highly energetic and capable of effectively managing demanding situations.
• Proficient in establishing long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to form cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Capability to work adaptively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proven attention to detail, problem-solving ability, a desire to build and resolve issues, collaborative spirit, and drive for results.
• Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese.
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
