This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers while promoting a culture of accountability, ongoing learning, and a strong customer focus.
• Define best practices for discovery processes, demonstrations, proof-of-value initiatives, and technical deal strategies. Guide the team through intricate opportunities and competitive challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leaders to enhance pipeline development, increase win rates, and support strategic customer interactions.
• Create onboarding programs, playbooks, and standardized sales engineering processes that empower the team to scale effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Enablement to enhance customer outcomes and relay field insights back into the organization.
• Over 7 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within the cybersecurity domain.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams.
• Experience in supporting Mid-Market, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales processes.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, such as vulnerability management, identity management, cloud security, and security operations.
• Demonstrated capability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in managing complex technical sales cycles and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be located in the U.S. EST or CST Time Zone.
