• Oversee and direct sales initiatives to meet targets for orders, revenue, profit margins, and down payments.
• Cultivate robust relationships with current clients while exploring and establishing new business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and transition to delivery teams.
• Develop customer-specific commercial strategies in collaboration with regional teams, business leaders, marketing, commercial operations, and sales operations.
• Work closely with engineering, finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
• Proven experience in sales within the power conversion, electrification, or a related energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of large, intricate electrical power systems.
• Familiarity with one or more industries, including ports, utilities, renewables, rail, testing systems, metals, or mining.
• Ability to comprehend customer motivations and convert them into persuasive commercial solutions.
• Excellent skills in relationship building and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and occasionally internationally.
• Hybrid working arrangement.
